(If you are retired and getting social security or pension money or disability money we need the verification letter showing your income from those sources.)

1 month bank statements all pages (if self employed 2 months)

last summary of any investment account like a 401K 

credit report (a full trimerge mortgage credit report $135 you get a copy)

loan application (we fill it out from the collected information above)

WE SUBMIT IT TO ONE OF OUR LENDERS, AND WAIT FOR A PRE-APPROVAL LETTER IN ABOUT 5 DAYS. You then hire us to be your Broker. This letter will give us the max amount of money your financials will qualify for from any lender. Then we know what the amount is.  We then find your new home.

We negotiate the deal, and get you up to $30,000 in closing cost in that negotiation.  We open escrow, compete the full process of buying a house the inspections, the disclosures, the finances, the lender, the escrow and title company, any and all repairs that may be needed, the final walk through, review the loan documents that you sign, and we close the escrow, and you get the keys.
